I have been meaning to post the pics of these Fairy Tail Bird Fuzzy Tummy Gift Tags.  There wasn't much other media containing FTBs so this is a neat find.  Photo courtesy  of Ariel Mermaid.  They were printed in England and have the elusive Euro Tummy design art the same as on the Euro Fuzzy tummy Box.

Fluffy Tails and others
My Fluffy Tails with the elusive lime green stand finally arrived after 6 weeks from Bulgaria.  I found it in the Netherlands but the person who had it to save me money was going to send it from Bulgaria where she was going to visit her brother there.  It sounded great $25 from the Netherlands or $7 from Bulgaria.  I said Bulgaria would be fine.  I really thought it had been lost, next time I will pay the extra money.  Here is her pic after a cleaning.  She cleaned up perfect!  love her!  (let me know if you would like to buy my other Fluffy Tails as she is pretty good but has had part of her tail cut)

I also got a new Tulip Tails.  This one has better blush than the one I had.  Here she is after a cleaning.  I had won an auction on a Fantail about a year ago and the seller lost the bird before it could be mailed.  She was really nice and had good communication.  I was quite disappointed at the time.  But a couple of weeks ago I guess she had found this Tulip Tails so she sent it to me for free.  Yeah!  Now that I have a lime green stand for my fluffy tails it freed up her original lavender stand.

Not a FT but I got this really dirty MLP twin Shovels (or sandcastle can't remember) .  I gave her a good cleaning and she looks much better.  I love MLP baby twins so I got her for like $3 -  she is not perfect by any means but is a cutie and this set of twins is my favorite!

Cleaning techniques:
I just got a couple of birds in from England and cleaned them up a bit Here they are:

I have been asked several times how I clean /condition their hair so I thought I would post it for everyone.
1.  Some birds have half their tail a little longer (or a lot longer) than the other half.  this is from the factory.  On sunny I opened him up and put his front tuft back in so it was equal by moving the little metal piece that was holding the hair together..Most birds don't need this but I thought I would include the tip.
2.  There was a couple of random paint marks I was able to remove with rubbing alcohol and a cotton ball.
3.  If there hair is tangled use baby hair detangler and carefully comb from tip up to root (do not pull as this will cause frizzies)
4.  I washed them with hand soap and shampooed their hair.
5.  I removed a few other marks and an ink mark with a magic eraser.
6.  (If there is a marker stain you can put Oxy 10 on the spot and leave in the sun for a couple of days..may take a few treatments but don't leave on too long ..keep checking.)
7.   Condition wet hair with a thick rich conditioner and comb the tail out while wet
8.   Rinse and put the hair in one large soft foam roller..leave on for 24 hours ..not too long or it will be    crispy..do not brush or comb the hair or it will refrizz it.

Please post any success cleanings as I love to hear about revived birds.

Very exciting news...I don't like to count my chickens (or fairytails in this case) before they hatch but just purchased a couple of special birds to help round out my collection.  They are coming from far away so I hope they arrive!  Will post an update soon.
